We had a good week with Le Boat. I usually do the quick “does it smell clean and look cared for?” check when we arrive, and this passed right away. The boat was clean, the beds were already made, and the kitchen stuff looked properly washed. Bathroom was fine too, no weird smells or anything that made us second-guess it.

The boat itself was in good shape overall. There were a few scuffs and worn bits here and there, but I just file that under normal use for a holiday boat. One cupboard didn’t close perfectly, but it wasn’t really a problem. All in all, we were happy with it.

I had a really nice week on the boat overall. From my point of view, the setup was good, the kitchen had most of what I needed, the beds were decent, and the shower actually worked better than I expected. The heater and fridge both did their job too, which made things easy. A few bits of equipment felt a little dated, and a couple of the cupboards didn’t close properly, but none of it really affected the trip for me. I’d give it 4 stars.

The route itself was really nice, and the stops were okay too. It’s not even about that, nothing was bad or disappointing, it just didn’t really stand out as amazing. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

The boat was clean and the price felt fair, we had a really fun week and would happily do it again.

Check-in was really easy and the handover was clear and helpful. Compared with a lot of other places where things can feel rushed or confusing, this was quick, simple, and totally stress-free.

We had to cancel our boat trip at the last minute, which had me feeling a bit trapped and stressed, like I was going to be stuck dealing with a long, annoying process. But Le Boat handled it really smoothly. The cancellation was easy, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. No hassle at all, so I was really relieved and happy with how it turned out.

Booking was straightforward and the site was easy to figure out. The boat ended up being easier to handle than I expected, which made the whole trip really enjoyable. The only small hiccup felt totally preventable, but overall it was a really nice day out.

We booked a trip with Le Boat and spent a bit of time beforehand getting everything sorted, checking a few details, and making sure we knew what to expect. The booking itself was fine, and when the customer service team did respond, they were friendly and helpful enough. The only thing was that replies weren’t always very quick, and a couple of times it took a few days to hear back. Not a huge disaster, but it did make planning feel a little slower than it needed to be. Overall it was okay, just something they could improve...

The staff were really nice and professional, which made the visit pleasant. The only thing is the service felt slow at times, so it made the overall experience just okay for me.

Booking was okay overall, nothing too bad tbh. The payment part felt a bit clunky and cofusing at first, but I got through it in the end.

The boat was okay overall, and we did have a nice holiday in the end. But yeah... there were a few maintenance issues during the trip, mainly with the hot water and an engine alarm that kept making things a bit stressful. To be fair, the technician did come out and fix everything, so that was good. We just ended up waiting longer than we expected, which kind of took away from the relaxed holiday feeling for a while
